Refund & Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following terms:

No Returns or Exchanges 
All items are made-to-order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We will offer a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged
  • An incorrect item was sent
  • The product has a manufacturing or print defect

Reporting an Issue
To be eligible, you must contact us within 10 days of the delivery date at creativechallastore@gmail.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Requests submitted without photo evidence may not be approved.

Resolution Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost, OR
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return or replacement cost.
  • For all other cases, return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for any items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all hang tags intact, including any protective wrapping.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Color Variations
Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to different screen displays. Such variations are not considered defects.
