Return Policy

1. Local Orders (Vancouver & Surrey):
Returns are accepted for customers within Vancouver and Surrey. You may return the product at New Westminster SkyTrain Station at 6:00 PM. Once the item is received, your refund will be processed promptly, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. The entire process will be completed within one week.

2. Out-of-Town Orders:
At this time, we do not accept returns for out-of-town orders. To ensure satisfaction before purchase, we provide detailed product information, including photos and videos upon request. Additionally, our team will assist you with sizing guidance to help you choose the best fit.
